Helped ideate the idea for my iSchool Senior Capstone project for Synchrony.
I focused on the future of virtual reality stores and e-commerce, as well as the current examples.
Some questions we answered were:

What types of general commerce interactions are taking place in a metaverse today? Are there any examples of gifting in the metaverse?​

What considerations must be taken into account as both commerce and gifting move to the metaverse? Cultural, political, technical, ethical, etc.

How can gifts be tailored virtually (e.g. pulling data algorithmically, using open source information from online presence, etc)?

What would it mean to build a solution that is international vs. national/regional? How could digital solutions either overcome or strengthen different cultural gifting experiences doing one way or the other?

How could the metaverse push the adoption curve towards online gifting generally? And vice versa?
